The Cedars South: An exciting project The Network is proud to support

The Community Housing Management Network is proud to be working with Options for Homes on The Cedars South, a transformative new development that officially broke ground in the fall of 2025.

Located in Scarborough, The Cedars will bring nearly 800 new homes to the community through a thoughtfully designed mixed-use model. Most exciting of all, The Cedars South will include 245 units of Co-operative Housing, a major step forward in expanding inclusive, community-led housing options.
